The yacht’s expansive main salon is air‑conditioned and designed for comfort, featuring cathedral‑height ceilings, large picture windows, granite dining tables, and cushioned seating for up to 42 guests. Above, the third‑level Fly Bridge provides panoramic ocean views and couch style seating for 12 guests and granite cocktail tables accommodating dining for up to 8.
Onboard, a fully licensed commercial restaurant—staffed by professional chefs—offers à la carte menus including an extensive selection from our top shelf bar, featuring blended tropical cocktails, wines and Champagne. Ondeck, guests can relax on two large trampolines with 4 queen size sunbathing mattresses, 2 giant bean bags, and cushioned seating. Hot freshwater showers are located on the stern. The yacht provides easy water access from both the bow and aft deck at snorkel/dive sites. A scuba upgrade is available with advance notice. Guided tours with Padi Dive Instructor and all scuba gear is provided. During Whale season from December to the end of March all charters include whale watching with informal narration.

With fully customizable departure times, let us assist you in designing the perfect experience—whether it’s a late‑afternoon snorkel and dinner combination or a relaxing sunset sail on Maui’s afternoon Tradewinds. Shangri‑La also provides an exceptional platform for private whale‑watching adventures, offering comfort, exclusivity, and close encounters with the Humpback Whales between the months of December thru March.
The Shangri‑La features a comfortable main salon decorated with exotic seashells, teak carvings, and throw rugs. There is also a couch settee with throw pillows, along with a shaded aft deck providing cushioned seating, granite bar and dining tables. The Interior galley and navigation/entrainment station with Blue Tooth hook up and storage for your personal belongings is inside a secure area. Below deck, two private staterooms and restrooms provide additional comfort for your custom charter experience. On deck, guests can relax on the two nets, with 4 queen‑size sunbathing mattresses with throw pillows, 2 giant bean bags, and deck chairs. The captains helm station offers an 81 sq. ft. sunbathing mattress with oversized pillows —an ideal spot to unwind while enjoying music throughout the yacht’s surround‑sound system.

2 hour minimum – starting between 8am until 7pm depending on the season. Private Chef and Set menus with additional fee is available with advance notice. Fine wines, champagne, Spirits and can be added with per bottle fees to the premium included bar selection.
